Mediation has proven to be very effective at settling cases, but choosing the right mediator is important. A mediator who has worked on both sides of the aisle is effective in communicating to both plaintiffs and defendants.

Jack Hofler is a state certified mediator. Jack spent years practicing with a respected Florence insurance defense firm, and he now focuses his practice on plaintiff’s personal injury work.  Jack’s experience helps him appreciate the complexities of each side’s position.
